• Create or manage a Metarelic People user account;

It applies to:

• Customers using our Metarelic People platform (including administrators and authorized users);

• Workers whose data is entered or processed by our customers.

• Customer Personal Data submitted by an organization using Metarelic People (e.g., payroll, HR records). We process that data on the Customer’s behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.

• Metarelic’s role as an employer (e.g., our own employees or contractors).

• Third-party services integrated into the platform (e.g., Google, banks), which are governed by their own privacy policies.

• De-identified data, which we use internally in compliance with legal standards and without attempting to re-identify individuals.

For Platform Users (Customers & Workers):
