What's included

Clear and structured
implementation

Dedicated Implementation team

Your Implementation Lead stays with you through every stage, in guided sessions and follow-up between them. It is all included in your subscription, with no setup fee.

Individual Success Plan

We build a plan for your organisation, organised by Product, with an owner and a date for every step. You and our team update it together.

Account setup

We help you configure pay rules and leave policies to match how your organisation works.

Confident users

Each Product gets its own guided session, so the people who run HR and payroll learn the system properly. Payroll comes first, then Time Off and Time Tracking.

Data import

Our standard worker import template builds your positions and reporting lines. NIS and tax rates are already built in. Fill in the template yourself, or we can run the import for you.

Parallel payroll

We rerun your previous payroll to match the figures, then you run both systems side by side until the numbers agree.
