What's the difference between a Practice Partner and a Referral Partner?
A Practice Partner manages client accounts and earns a share of what those clients pay. A Referral Partner introduces businesses, and our team signs them up.
Who can become a Practice Partner?
Any registered business in good standing with a professional practice, such as an accounting firm, HR practice or consultancy.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Practice Partners also get the platform and Payroll free for their own business, up to 10 workers.
How long does approval take?
We reply within 2 business days. Referral Partners get their code as soon as they sign up.
How is my tier worked out?
By your number of active clients, meaning those whose last monthly invoice is paid.
Can I keep my share, pass it on or split it?
Yes, and you choose separately for each client.
How long do I earn on a client?
For as long as you remain responsible for the account and the client keeps paying.
When am I paid?
Quarterly, within 30 days of quarter end, with a statement for each client.
Who owns the client's account?
The client, at all times. They can deal with us directly whenever they choose.
What do Referral Partners earn?
50% of the referred client's first monthly invoice, paid once after their second invoice is paid.
