St. David, Grenada — 13 July 2026 — Metarelic People, Grenada’s leading Human Resource and Payroll technology platform, today announced Pension Fund administration, an end-to-end feature that manages plan enrolment automatically, carries the right contribution for every worker into each pay run, adjusts pension amounts whenever pay changes, and produces the remittance the Fund expects.
The Public Sector Employees (Pension Fund) Act, 2024, gave employers a new monthly job when it took effect on 1 January 2025. Each ministry and statutory body must work out every member’s contribution against the National Insurance earnings ceiling, at 3% below it and 6% above it, deduct that amount from salary, match it, and remit both shares to the Fund within fifteen days of the month end. Beyond the statutory scheme, the Grenada Authority for the Regulation of Financial Institutions (GARFIN) lists 46 active registered plans, and the employers behind them face the same arithmetic, in most cases worked out by hand.
